SALES ORDER
Create
You can create Sales Order by following the given steps:
STEP-1: Click on Orders → Order→ New Sales Order. Sales Order form will appear.
STEP-2: Enter the Sales Order details.
STEP-3: Add Work Unit by clicking on Add Spare Order(SP), Repair Order(RE), Project Order(PR), Work Order(SW) button.
STEP-4: Fill Spare Order Form details.
STEP-5: If new HSN No. is Needed then user can click on Add button next To HSN No. textbox. This will redirect user to HSN Master form.
STEP-6: Fill HSN Master Form and Save. Then Redirect Back To Work Order form.
STEP-7: Save Spare Order Form. And Redirect back To Sales Order Form. And Submit form by clicking on Save.
STEP-8: Similarly, User can Add Repair Order Form. Fill Details, Add Hsn no. and after successfully saving redirect back to Sales Order.
STEP-8: Similarly, User can Add Project Order Form. Fill Details, Add Hsn no. and after successfully saving redirect back to Sales Order.
STEP-9: Similarly, User can Add Work Order Form. Fill Details, Add Hsn no. and after successfully saving redirect back to Sales Order.
STEP-10: Click on Save button.
List
Click on Orders→Order→Order Status. The list of Sales Order will display.
Edit
You can edit Sales Order by following the given steps:
STEP-1: Select the Sales Order that you want to edit from Sales Orders List. Right click on it. Select Edit Sales Order. The form will display.
STEP-2: Edit Sales Order form and Save the form.
