You can create your Email by following the given steps:
STEP-1: Click on Prospects → Lead → List Of Leads.
Select any one Lead and Right Click on it.
Select Add Email.
STEP-2: Fill Email Details.
STEP-3: Add Attachments by selecting files and then click on Upload button. You will get success message if your file is uploaded successfully.
STEP-4: Assign Email to User or team by selecting single or multiple entries from the list.
STEP-5: Click on Send button to Send Email. By clicking on send button form will be saved first and then Email will be sent.
STEP-6: Click on Track button to Track sent email status.
STEP-7: Click on Save button to save email without sending it.
Note: You can Add Email from Opportunity, Customer, Person and Campaign using same above method.
Click on Activity → Email. The list of Emails will display.
You can edit Email by following the given steps:
STEP-1: Select the Email that you want to edit. Right click on it and select Edit Email.
STEP-2: Edit the details and click on Save button.
