CASE

Create

You can create your Case by following the given steps:

STEP-1: Click on Prospects → Case → New Case. Case form will appear.

STEP-2: Fill Case Details.

STEP-3: Assign Case to User or team by selecting single or multiple entries from the list.

STEP-4: Click on Save button.

List

Click on Prospects→ Case -> List of Cases. The list of Call will display.

Edit

You can edit Case by following the given steps:

STEP-1: Select the Case that you want to edit. Right click on it and select Edit Case.

STEP-2: Edit the details and click on Save button.
